We want to emphasize clearly and unequivocally that MirageAI does not collect, store, process, or use any facial information from you, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, facial features, facial recognition data, facial landmarks, or any other biometric information related to your face. When you upload photos to the App for style transformation, our system only processes the image for the sole purpose of applying the selected AI style effect-we do not extract, analyze, or retain any facial data from the photos you upload. Even during the style transformation process, facial information is not identified, recorded, or stored; the entire processing is focused solely on converting the overall style of the image, without any form of facial data collection or utilization.

We understand that the photos you upload may contain personal and sensitive content, and we treat all such content with the utmost care and respect. We do not collect any unnecessary personal information from you, and the only data we process is the photos you actively choose to upload to the App for style transformation. These uploaded photos are used exclusively to generate the style-transformed images you request, and we do not use them for any other purposes-such as data analysis, marketing, research, or any form of profiling. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your uploaded photos or any related data to any third parties, under any circumstances. Your photos and the style-transformed images generated from them are your sole property, and we do not claim any rights to them.

Another key commitment we make to protect your privacy is that MirageAI uses only self-developed AI services and does not rely on any third-party AI services, tools, or APIs. This means that all image processing, style transformation, and data handling are conducted entirely within our own systems, and no data-including your uploaded photos, style preferences, or usage behavior-is sent to, shared with, or accessed by any third-party services, companies, or individuals. We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, tracking tools, or analytics services into the App, which eliminates the risk of third parties accessing or collecting your information through our App. By using our own proprietary AI technology, we maintain full control over all data processing, ensuring that your privacy is protected at every step of the process.

To further protect your privacy, we do not collect any usage data, behavioral data, or device information that could be used to identify you. This includes, but is not limited to, your device model, operating system, IP address, location data, usage time, style selection history, or any other data that could link your usage of the App to your personal identity. The App does not track your activities, does not store your usage history, and does not collect any data that could be used to profile you or target you with ads. We believe that your use of the App should be private and unrestricted, and we do not engage in any form of data collection that is not strictly necessary for providing the core service of one-click AI style transformation.

When you use MirageAI, the only data that is temporarily processed is the photos you upload. Once you have completed the style transformation, saved the generated image, and exited the App, the uploaded original photo and the temporarily processed data are automatically cleared from our system. We do not store your uploaded photos or generated images on our servers for any longer than is necessary to complete the style transformation process. You have full control over your photos and generated images-you can save them to your own device, share them directly to social platforms (at your own discretion), or delete them at any time, and we do not retain any copies of these images after you have finished using the service.

We would like to reiterate our commitment to privacy protection: we do not collect facial information, we do not collect any unnecessary personal data, we do not use third-party services, we do not share your data with any third parties, and we do not track your usage behavior. Our entire focus is on providing you with a fast, easy-to-use, and private AI image style transformation tool that allows you to express your creativity without compromising your privacy. We understand that trust is essential when using any app that processes personal photos, and we work tirelessly to earn and maintain that trust by prioritizing your privacy in every aspect of the App's design and operation.

Age Requirement
